Dear customers, Hereby we inform you that, in compliance with international requirements (Directive EC 1781/2006), AS “PrivatBank” incoming payment orders for transfers to the bank customers should contain full details about the payer, namely, reported the press-centre of PrivatBank:

- payer’s title;

- payer’s account number;

- payer’s address or payer’s date and place of birth.

Exception – payments coming to AS “PrivatBank” from EU banks. In such cases it is enough to specify the payer’s account number.

Therefore, as of 1 September 2008, the bank will be entitled to suspend incoming payments that lack full details about the payer and not to transfer the funds to the customers until the sending bank will have provided all necessary details of the sender.
