OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2008. BTA Bank expands its line of mortgage programmes aimed at purchasing residential real estate in the secondary market and is pleased to offer its customers a new programme called “Apartment-Business”, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank.

Now, customers of the Bank can get a loan paying the downpayment starting from 10% for the tenor of 30 years.

The maximum amount of a loan is RUB 25 000 000 /USD 1 000 000, the minimum one is not less than 25% of the market value of the pledge. The interest rate is 13% (the downpayment starting from 50%), interest accrues on the actually remaining sum of indebtedness. Moratorium for early repayment is 6 months.

“The new programme perfectly supplements the line of mortgage loans for purchasing an apartment in the secondary market, - says Denis Remizov, Head of Product Managers. – Due to longer terms of lending (up to 30 years) our customers can decrease their monthly payment on the loan. Moreover, we proved able to offer a mortgage product for buyers of business-class apartments, which cost more than 1 million dollars – the maximum sum of a loan at BTA Bank now reached RUB 25 million”.
