OREANDA-NEWS On 09 September Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine announced that it commenced a procedure on assignment of a credit ratings to discount bonds (series A) and to coupon bonds (series B) to be issued by Kiev-based Algor LLC (`issuer` or `company`). The amounts of the issues are to be UAH100m, with 9-year original maturity and UAH50m, with 5-year original maturity respectively. The company`s principal activity is investing and construction. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider issuer`s financial statements and its other inside information.

A credit rating assigned to issue of debt securities indicates issuer`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on obligations. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of issuer`s bonds.
