OREANDA-NEWS  On 15 September was announced, that Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov opened a new building of the diagnostic clinical centre during the traditional Saturday perambulate through the job sites in Moscow on September 13.

It is a modern 8-storey structure equipped with the most up-to-date hardware. The centre comprises dental, ophthalmologic, neurologic and cardiologic divisions, rooms for X-ray diagnostics and computed tomography as well as a gym. The unique automated laboratory for blood sampling, the only one in Russia, that enables to run a test in just an hour with a minimum level of participation of medical staff has started working within the centre.

The medical facility is to serve the patients from 3 districts of Moscow – the southern, western and southwestern ones, almost 4 million people.

10 health centres of similar type are to open in Moscow in the near future.
