Marina Malykhina, Director General of Energy Consulting/Business Service, spoke at the banking forum. She gave the report “Optimization of Back Office Processes in Modern Banks”. Marina Malykhina proposed a solution in back office cost optimization which includes operation organization and management based upon the B2B principle.

“The organizational model of back office services based upon the B2B principle is maximally effective not only from the viewpoint of obtaining particular business results, but also from the viewpoint of cost optimization, “ – notes Marina Malykhina. – “All internal services providing service support should consider the customer’s needs and determine the service level, accordingly.

Based upon that principle, one should set their own size and budget. One should also consider the fact that the service costs can be divided into fixed and variable costs; variable costs shall be regarded as a project. Such approach will ensure the efficient cost management for service support.”
