OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2008. Dwelling in Ukraine can be qualitative, cheap and accessible for all citizens. This was disclosed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko in Poltava while visiting the first in Ukraine dwelling constructed by the “Accessible dwelling” program.

The PM of Ukraine told that the 2009 State Budget of Ukraine provides above 8 billion UAH for implementation of such program.

According to her, the “Accessible dwelling” program envisages giving to the citizens a low-percentage credit for 25-30 years for purchasing an accommodation without deposit. At that she noted that such projects would be made scalable, sustainable reality all over the country.

“This is the first example demonstrating that dwelling can be qualitative and cheap twofold,” Yulia Tymoshenko stated at celebrations devoted to completion of the newly-erected 100 unit building at Borovykovskyi avenue of the city of Poltava.
