OREANDA-NEWS  On 29 September was announced, that in late September, the capital of the Altay Territory hosted the XIV trade fair ‘Altay Niva’. The event brought together more than 230 companies from 30 Russian regions and 9 countries of far and near abroad.

The exhibition space covered 3 floors – Palace of show and sport (technologies for agricultural sector, package, components for farming machinery, equipment for livestock farming, agrochemistry), mobile exhibition pavilion (collective exposition of German companies); outside territory in front of the Palace (machinery, components, pedigree cattle), the Regional Drama Theatre (foodstuffs).

The annual award ceremony concluded the fair. PAVA, the largest grain processor of Siberia and the Far East, was granted first-degree diploma for the flour of first grade.

“This year, the fair was held in September for the first time ever, traditionally it takes place in October, and in my opinion it had an effect on the presence of our target audience – suppliers of raw materials simply didn’t have the opportunity to visit, because the harvesting campaign hadn’t been completed yet. Therefore, we didn’t fulfill all our plans regarding the fair”, said Angela Kiseleva, OJSC PAVA Commercial Director.

PAVA’s specialists visited the conference held in the context of “Altay Niva” fair, “Three pillars: partnership of manufacturers, retailers and consumers”. During the conference, methods and models of marketing companies and increasing consumer brand loyalty were worked out, both in theory, and in practice. “This is a very interesting issue for us, because we are a young company that actively develops domestic markets as well as foreign”, commented Angela Kiseleva.

In her opinion, the fair has shown that today the market lacks new products of grain processing, new sorts of flour. “We were convinced that we made the right decision to start working on new positions in our flour assortment”, concluded Commercial Director.
