OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2008. The Chkalov Tashkent Aircraft Production Corporation State Joint-Stock Company (TAPOiCh) will deliver in 2009-2010 modernized passenger airplanes IL114-100 to Russia, reported the Official website www.investuzbekistan.uz.

The first of the airplanes is going to the Managing Company “Russian Airplanes” Limited in August, 2009, others will be delivered in December-January, 2009-2010 and in the third quarter 2010. Airliners are delivered within a contract concluded in April, 2008. Financing of the contract is open and the first plane is under construction.

Till the end of 2008 the Managing Company “Russian Airplanes” intends to conclude the second contract on delivery of four IL114-100 aircraft for Russian airlines. In particular, there is a chance to get a 25-aircraft order of IL114-100, that will enable loading of capacities of the Tashkent Aircraft Plant.

In mid-October, 2008, IL114-100 airliners will be presented in India, and it is planned to sign with Hindavia a contract on delivery of 10 airliners.
