OREANDA-NEWS  On 01 October was announced, that TMM received a construction permit for the business-class residential-office complex in Obukhiv (Kyiv region).

The construction permit was issued by the Executive Committee of Obukhiv City Council on September 16, 2008. TMM is planning to start construction of the complex in 2008. The project's completion is scheduled for 2012.

The project of the residential-office complex located at 8 Marta St. in Obukhiv envisages the construction of four 18-storeyed residential buildings, including commercial and office premises, and 36 town houses – semidetached, 3-4-storeyed buildings with individual garages. The infrastructure of the complex will include children's playgrounds, sports grounds, underground parking and above-ground guest parking. TMM is realizing the complex in Obukhiv as part of its strategy of developing projects in Kyiv region and its satellite-towns.

The total area of TMM's residential-office complex in Obukhiv is 72 thousand sq. m, including: total area of 408 apartments in four 18-storeyed buildings – 30.9 thousand sq. m, total area of town houses - 8.4 thousand sq. m., commercial and office premises - 3.1 thousand sq. m., underground parking – 10.3 thousand sq. m..

As of December 31, 2007, the Obukhiv residential-office complex project was valued at USD 31.591 mln (data of the independent valuation by Colliers International Company).
