OREANDA-NEWS. October 7, 2008. Bank 'Finance and Credit' has opened multicurrency credit line for Ukraine International Airlines with the lending limit of UAH 40 million for 24 months. The funds are aimed at the replenishment of operating assets, in particular at the current business activities of the company.

The company has been the customer of the Bank since 2006 and is the most successful and dynamically developing company in its industry.

According to Leonid Pervak, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Bank 'Finance and Credit', "this line of credit is the next step in fruitful cooperation of the Bank and the UIA. Actually,the Bank has already opened a credit line for the amount of USD 3.7million for the development of UIA investment projects and the overdraft with UAH 5 million limit. In 2008 Bank 'Finance and Credit' has implemented a salary project for the airlines employees and also provided corporate plastic cards to the flight personnel to use them abroad.

"We have a positive joint work experience in international settlements of the UIA with the use of documentary instruments. Thus, over the last two years the Bank issued L/Cs for the benefit of the airline`s foreign partners for over USD 4 million", said Mr. Pervak.
