OREANDA-NEWS. October 08, 2008. The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of "SOTER" Ltd. and confirmed validity and justness of the decision made by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on including the company in the Register of Unfair Suppliers, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia has forwarded the information about an unfair supplier to the Russian Federal Property Fund.

The Russian Federal Property Fund organized an open tender for the services of selling confiscated movable bona vacantia, exempt assets and other property, transferred to the state, as well as physical evidence in criminal cases and seized assets - instruments or objects of administrative offences, that rapidly deteriorated.

"SOTER" Ltd. won the tender but refused to enter into the contract because of the increased lease payment.

In accordance with Article 29 of the Federal Law "On State and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services", FAS Russia recognized that the company evaded entering into the contract and included "SOTER" Ltd. in the Register of Unfair Suppliers.

"SOTER" Ltd. appealed the decision of the Antimonopoly Service, but the Arbitration Court confirmed the rightness of FAS Russia.
