OREANDA-NEWS. October 09, 2008. The representatives of the Nizhny Novgorod subdivisions of the insurance companies ROSNO and ROSNO-MS took part in the meeting of the Manufacturers’ Association of Bor district in Nizhny Novgorod Region, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

To sum up the performance results achieved in the 8 months of the running year, chief executives of 20 district-based companies gathered together in Bor.

The director of ROSNO's Nizhny Novgorod branch Ms. Vera Yemelina conducted a company presentation, where she told about the major prospects for development of voluntary and obligatory medical insurance in the region. The major interest from the corporate executives was drawn by the voluntary employee insurance programs, which represent an efficient personnel motivation tool.

"Today, employers are beginning to realize that keeping professional employees in the company is a daunting task, and this is where social programs may work to the employers' benefit," noted Ms. Vera Yemelina. "At present, there are over 25 thousand ROSNO VMI policyholders in Nizhny Novgorod Region, and this number is constantly on the increase. The Region's Bora district has always been notable for its high industrial and investment potential, which largely contributed to the interest shown by the Bor-based companies towards VMI".
