OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2008. Lietuvos Draudimas was changing constantly, updating its business processes and services and taking over the experience from RSA, one of the largest insurance groups worldwide, reported the press-centre of Lietuvos Draudimas.

Almost 50 ambitious projects were implemented during a short period of time, which determined the introduction of such modern services as e-insurance, claims handling by phone, insurance contracts renewals by post and many other unique market innovations. Having started with the changes inside the company and new solutions to the clients, we consistently came to the external part – the company’s rebranding“, – said Kestutis Serpytis, Chairman of the Board in Lietuvos Draudimas.

According to him, the old brand was not changed since the establishment of Lietuvos Draudimas; therefore it did not represent the qualitatively changed inside of the company. „We are glad to be able to introduce our new brand representing our modern and dynamic attitude“, – said K. Serpytis.

Along with Lietuvos Draudimas the rebranding campaigns will take place in many other companies belonging to RSA group. In the opinion of CEO of the company, such renewal in the entire group will enable recognition of the brand worldwide.

Lietuvos Draudimas’ rebranding will not raise any problems to the clients, i.e., all the contracts concluded previously will remain effective. Lietuvos Draudimas’ contact information (the address, company code, VAT payer code) remains unchanged as well.

After the company’s rebranding the trademark attributes are changed accordingly, including its logo, signs on the premises of the company units and the renewed Internet site. It is expected that the signs with the new logo on all the premises of the company units will be changed by the end of this year.

Lietuvos Draudimas, the country insurance marker leader, has more than half a million of private and commercial clients in Lithuania and belongs to RSA, one of the largest insurance groups worldwide providing insurance services in 130 countries and serving approximately 20 million clients all over the world.
