OREANDA-NEWS  On 14 October was announced, that Interpipe presented its wheel products under the KLW brand at the International Trade Fair for Transport in Berlin on September 23-26, 2008.

Designated in 2007, KLW is a single strong brand of Interpipe’s wheels business consolidating sales to Interpipe’s strategic markets and cementing the company’s position as a truly global producer.

During InnoTrans Interpipe met partners and exhibited a wide range of wheel products with the KLW stamp: from wheels for freight and passenger cars to wheels for locomotives and mass transportation cars.

At the exhibition, Interpipe announced plans to develop its market position. Michael Is’kov Director of Sales at KLW said: ”We have a really good position at global markets yet we plan to continue our expansion in regions such as North America and the Middle East and North Africa. Meeting market requirements, we will also seek opportunities to increase our production capacity and continue innovation in the development of our wheel’s design. Recently we started the certification of unique S-shaped wheels that provide more rigidity than normal designs withstanding loads 25-30 tons and hope to present this product to our customers in the near future”.
