OREANDA-NEWS  On 22 October Ingosstrakh IJSC and AXES Management announced launch of the project to deploy ETWeb Enterprise. Ingosstrakh chose ETWeb as a comprehensive platform for automation of career and performance management processes compatible with the current HR system. 

The project follows 6 months of preparation of key policies, system configuration and integration. During this time Ingosstrakh  deployed for 5000 users the following functionality of personnel management system ETWeb  Enterprise:

Management of positions and organizational structure;

Employees’ personal data management;

Skills and competencies management (requirements to positions/ families of positions/families of positions by competencies, experience and education, assessment of employees);

Career and succession planning;

Performance management (define, coordinate and assess objectives).

According to Irina Tikhomirova, HR Director of Ingosstrakh, “to preserve and increase unique knowledge gained during the long history of Ingosstrakh, we need a system that will enable us to build clear and unambiguous management processes for critical HR functions: performance measurement, training, development planning, career management. Implementation of this leads to management of a huge amount of data about the quality а personnel, job responsibilities, results of training and assessment, history of transfers, etc. Besides, all these processes require involvement of all 5500 employees of Ingosstrakh. ETWeb was chosen because of its simplicity and convenience from the perspective of employees and management, along with a lot of functionalities in the area of HR management”.

ETWeb  was integrated with Ingosstrakh’s personnel registration system. Refining was done by two groups in parallel in order to reduce the time for implementation – specialists from AXES Management were refining data uploading, and Ingosstrakh was doing data downloading.

Employees won’t need to remember their name and password to get access to ETWeb, because it is integrated with virtually all user authorization systems.  Ingosstrakh had MS Active Directory, and after the integration they can use Single Sign On (SSO) – this means that it is not required to have a separate login and password for ETWeb which makes users’ task easier.  Security is on the highest level, also because passwords are not stored in ETWeb.

Therefore, the decision was made to automatically transfer data from the HR system, which also helped to reduce the number of errors and misinterpretations, and improve data actuality. Besides, a lot of work was done to develop working places for users and configure the system with regards to the rules and regulations in Ingosstrakh”.
