OREANDA-NEWS. October 24, 2008. Moscow hosted a regular meeting of EuRoPol GAZ Supervisory Board, chaired by Alexander Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Gazprom’s Management Committee.

Attending the meeting (on behalf of Russia) were Nicolai Dubik, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Legal Department, Gazprom; Stanislav Tsygankov, Head of the International Business Department, Gazprom; Sergey Emelyanov, First Deputy Director General, Gazprom export. Poland was represented by Michaі Szubski, President of the Management Board, PGNiG and his Deputies Miroslav Dobrut, Slavomir Hintz and Radoslav Dudzinsky.

The meeting examined the issues with regard to the joint company’s performance. In particular, the parties disscused the matters surrounding the submission of a 2009 tariff statement on EuRoPol GAZ services for natural gas transportation via Poland’s territory, completion of Yamal-Europe’s fiber optic communication line in Poland as well as other aspects of the current business activities.

The parties reached an agreement to hold the next meeting of the EuRoPol GAZ Supervisory Board in November this year in Poland.
