OREANDA-NEWS. On November 9, 2008, Ruslan airplane delivered the Breeze-M upper stage intended to installation on the Proton-M, to Baikonur`s Jubileiny airport from Sheremetyevo, Moscow.

Proton-M launch with Canadian Ciel-2 satellite aboar is scheduled for Dec. 2008. Ciel-2 will provide telecommunication services for the users in Canada and North America. Ciel-2 estimated lifetime is 15 years.
