OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2008. Atomenergoprom OJSC has become the owner of 100% of shares of 17 more federal state unitary enterprises of the civil sector of Russia’s nuclear industry reorganized into open joint stock companies by decree of the President.

Below is the list of the companies:
VNIPIET, Energoizyskaniya (St.Petersburg), Afrikantov OKBM, St.Petersburg Izotop, St.Petersburg Atomenergoproekt, Gidropress, Ural Electrochemical Integrated Plant, Electrochemical Plant, Elektrogorsk Research Center for Safety of Nuclear Power Plants, Center for Nuclear-Physical Research, Atomenergoproekt, Siberian Group of Chemical Plants, Tochmash, Angarsk Electrolytic Chemical Combine, Federal Research Institute of Nuclear Reactors, Energoatom Concern.

Earlier, Atomenergoprom received shares of 17 former FSUEs. Thus, now it owns the shares of 34 OJSCs.

As was earlier reported, in 2007 the Government completed the transfer of shares of 31 state-owned civil nuclear companies into the ownership of Atomenergoprom OJSC and 55 FSUEs subject to reorganization into OJSCs by presidential decree.
