OREANDA-NEWS  On 14 November was announced, that the Commersant Money magazine published a study by the Interbrand company finding MIRAX GROUP the most expensive brand among Russian construction companies. The brand is valued at 211.57 million dollars.

The MIRAX GROUP brand is new to the rating, yet it has taken right away the 20th place among the top 40 Russian companies leaving behind a number of big construction, insurance, automobile, and financial companies. According to the researchers, MIRAX GROUP had been a recognized player in the Russian real estate market even before, but to enter the top list, it had to open up its accounting records.

"We enjoy immensely and feel the drive from what we are doing. Each our step in promoting the brand is an event on the market. That is why we are happy to learn that the professional community has appreciated and commended our work", said Dmitry Sakhno, MIRAX GROUP Marketing Department Manager.

Interbrand has been estimating efficiency of companies in promoting their brands since 1988. Russian brands are valued only for the fourth time. The methods for their rating are no different from the ones used for the global brands research, including the three stages: financial analysis, marketing analysis of demand factors, and the brand stability. To understand how stable the brand is, Interbrand experts determine its position in the market with respect to major competitors, the ability to overcome geographical and cultural borders. Yet, to get into the Interbrand list, the brands have to pass through a number of filters, i.e. financial information on the company should be accessible, and the brand should be created in Russia and for the Russians.
