OREANDA-NEWS. On November 12, 2008 Belgazprombank launched a banking office in the town of Soligorsk – the second largest settlement in the Minsk region. The newly opened office is designed to address the needs of individuals and private entrepreneurs and offers a range of banking products and services including loans, deposits, digital money, business accounts and currency exchange, reported the press-centre of Belgazprombank.

Before opening every new banking outlet, Belgazprombank experts thoughtfully analyze local economy. Soligorsk is a robustly developing industrial centre where experts reported a growing demand for retail banking and small and medium sized business funding. Along with Belarus’ potash giant Belaruskali, chemical, light, food, machine-building, metal-working and timber enterprises operate in the town.

With Soligorsk’s high economic potential, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to name the new banking office a ‘micro-branch’, all the more so because it provides a really wide range of services.
