OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2008. The Irkutsk-ROSNO branch has changed the working hours of its sales offices. Now they will be open for business from 8:30 to 19:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Since early November, the sales offices located on 40 Gagarina Boulevard and 23 Krasnoarmejskaya Street in Irkutsk operate under the new schedule. According to Mr. Sergey Chipizubov, director of the Irkutsk-ROSNO branch, the company seeks to choose such working hours for its sales points and offices that would be optimal for its clients.

"ROSNO is a customer-oriented company, and we understand that people do not feel comfortable about being late for work or missing lunchtime in order to visit their insurance company. From now on, they can plan their day so as to visit ROSNO’s office before or after work, even taking into account the traffic jams, which are usual for our city", commented the new working hours Sergey Chipizubov.
