OREANDA-NEWS  On 24 November was announced, that IDGC of Centre opened new Client Service Office within the limits of the modern multifunction center of granting services to the population (MFC) located at: Tambov city, Maxima Gorkogo street, 20.

Here the client of the branch can settle the issues connected with grid company's activities. Like the Service Center (SC) which was opened in Tambov a year ago, The MFC and its skilled experts of Tambovenergo branch will help the clients to settle the issues of technological connection of consumers' power facilities to Tambovenergo's grids, and will accept applications for registration of the technical connection contract.

"Our task is to become closer to clients, to save their time and to accelerate document circulation at consumer relations," Deputy Director for Development and Services Realization of Tambovenergo branch of IDGC of Centre Igor Sedanov. For this purpose, the basis of our work is the system of electronic information interchange. The expert of the Service Center accepting applications of consumers in the MFC is connected to Motiw electronic corporate system. Owing to this, he/she has an opportunity to transfer applications to the Tambovenergo Center quickly, where employees will quickly help to settle all necessary issues."

Realization of projects on the MFC creation is stipulated by the decision of the Governmental Commission for Administrative Reform Realization in February 2007. A necessity of their creation was caused by a necessity to optimize interdepartmental interaction, to reduce time of document circulation and to unite databases of various departments under one stop principle. Establishing such a center, the State responds to clients' wishes allowing citizens to receive simultaneously several interconnected state and municipal services.

Creation of multifunction centers is a key task till 2010 that is confirmed by signing by Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Victor Zubkov on 9 February 2008 of Amendments to the Concept of Administrative Reform in the Russian Federation.
