On November 20, 2008 Students and graduates of all the leading universities in Donetsk came to the International Business Centre to attend the National Career Forum organized by the international youth organization AIESEC and Donetsk Chamber of Commerce. Parallel became a partner of the event, reported the press-centre of SCM. 

The crisis takes youth employment in the spotlight because senior students and young specialists without experience find it harder to get job during the economic downturn. While many companies have started or are set to cut jobs, Parallel continues stable operation and is interested in engaging young and talented workers that seek for the chance to realize their potential.

Yevgeniy Rebrov, HR Director at Parallel, has presented the company's program committed to creating a reserve of managers and employees. The program was developed by HR-department for university students and graduates. "The program provides a chance to get a job at Parallel to any student if he is talented, active and has a big professional potential. Our company has been realizing a number of large HR projects in the area of personnel policy to create an efficient motivation system", said Mr.Rebrov.

All students and graduates interested in the project of Parallel could fill out a special form on that day and give them to representatives of the company. The best candidates will be selected now. They will attend interviews and tests and play role games. The employment decision will be made on basis of the results.
