OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2008. Aloqabank in cooperation with Inter Brand Media LLC held a seminar for its staff on effective methods on sale of credit products, the Uzbek bank's press service said.

The press service said that in modern marketing, the relations of banks and clients are changing. The banks render their products based on needs of their clients and to study needs of clients in banking service is important.

Aloqabank is paying attention to re-train its staff to switch to client-oriented services. The bank believes that its staff should know main principles of marketing and have skills to work with clients on promotion of products. In order to achieve above-mentioned, the bank in cooperation with Inter Brand Media LLC organized seminar titled "Effective methods on sales of credit products".

The seminar focused on developing skills on effective work with clients and meeting demands of clients, as well as developing skills of staff on revealing fraud in receiving credit.

Participants also considered such issues as selecting of optimal credit schemes, principles of successful micro crediting programmes, etc.
