OREANDA-NEWS. On November 24, 2008 Eurasian Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the press release where informs about the launching of the new product that does not have analogous products on Kazakhstan banking market - Visa for children, reported the press-centre of KASE.

"Visa for children" - is the chip debit payment card VISA Electron, holders of which can become children on 6-18 years of age.

The bank stipulates the following order of opening the "Visa for children": the main card is opened to the name of one of the parents, and additional Visa is issued to the name of a child. Clients can open the card and receive consultations in any affiliate of the bank.

When opening the card the presence of a child in not obligatory. Thus, the card can be presented to a child as a gift.

In order to ensure safety and control for using the card by a child the bank developed a number of safety measures:

- parents can set the limit of their child costs, including the limit for cash receipt and payment for purchased goods during one day (standard limits - KZT5 th. a day, for cash dispensers or payment for purchased goods);

- Visa for children crads are th debit crads and they do not have credit limit;

- Parents may control the cash flow on their children cards via SMS-messages and monthly statements to e-mail.

Eurasian Bank believes that its young clients will like the new product and will facilitate development of the reliable partnership in then future.
