OREANDA-NEWS  On 27 November was announced, that the technical memo of Ukraine, which text can be found on the IMF website, specifies the international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine by 2009 must exceed USD 26.7 bn, and by 2010 - USD 14.9 bn.

Besides, the document points out that in 2009 the monetary base shall not grow by over 11.1% (to UAH 211 bn). Meanwhile, in November-December 2008, its increase is allowed by UAH 16.6 bn (to UAH 190 bn).

The memo also provides data on the IMF scheduled timelines for credit resources allocation to Ukraine. In 2009, the IMF tranches are scheduled for February 15 (SDR 1.25 bn), May 15, (SDR 2.5 bn), August 15 (SDR 0.75 bn) and November 15 (SDR 2 bn).

In 2010, the allocation of the IMF funds to Ukraine will depend on the results of revision of certain qualitative and structural criteria approved under the stand-by credit program in early November 2008.
