OREANDA-NEWS  On 28 November was announced, that in the context of developing and promoting a uniform procurement policy, efficient implementation of investment programs and targeted spending, IES-Holding created an online trading site for competitive procurement.

Tenders will be conducted on the online site: http://www.tender.ies-holding.com/ of the integrated Trade Procurement System of IES. The operation of this System is based on the best Russian and foreign technologies using the latest trends in the field of online B2B tenders and procurement activities conducted in the Internet.  

The System has been built on the basis of B2B-Energo resource which enables all participants of the B2B-Energo system to submit bids in the Trade Procurement System of the holding company. Calls for bids in the System are organized by enterprises incorporated in IES.

At present IES is developing and implementing a uniform regulatory and methodological framework which is based on mandatory procedures for choosing contractors and suppliers. To coordinate procurement, IES has set up the Central Procurement Office comprising representatives from the operations, financial and economic, and security sectors. The company has also set up bidding committees for centralized and strategic procurement.
