OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2008. The Russian Bank for Development and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy City Council have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at implementation of SME support projects and investment projects under the program of modernization of the municipal housing economy of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy. Sergey Krjukov, Chairman of RBD, signed the agreement on behalf of the Bank and on behalf of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy the agreement was signed by Vladislav Skvortsov, Head of the city, reported the press-centre of RBD.
 
According to the agreement RBD will in particular consider the possibility of its financing SME infrastructure support entities, extend loans to projects offered by the city Administration and to monitor targeted use of the loan proceeds.

From its side the Administration undertakes to create friendly environment for the projects’ implementation and attraction private investors, to inform RBD on decisions pertaining the city development, SMEs, public services market and on the projects implementation. The agreement provides for a set of measures aimed at increasing a number of the local banks involved in the Bank’s SME Lending Support Program.
