OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2008. The Government has decided to start negotiations with the European Commission on the agreement. The funds will be allocated from the European Investment neighborhood Fund, which was established to facilitate attraction of investments to the Neighborhood Policy countries and increase availability of loans granted by European financial institutions.

The site, which will be rehabilitated, will be determined after completion of consultations with the World Bank on a new partnership strategy. The total project cost is 22 million euros.
