OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2008. Energy Consulting and BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT have established HR-club to stimulate relations between HR experts and to create information space for sharing experiences and knowledge, for discussing urgent issues and objectives in terms of staff relations, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

The official meeting dedicated to opening of this club held in Saint-Petersburg where the office of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT was located. 

The main objective matter of the first HR-club’s workshop was ‘HR management on the changeable competitive market’. Among the participants of this round-table discussion were HR-experts from more than 10 companies and financial institutions, including GC Inter-leasing, FC Ural-sib, Euro-sib Spb – TC, Bank ‘Saint-Petersburg’, Baltic Bank, the International Bank of Saint-Petersburg.

At the beginning of the meeting, Natalia Zubenko, the Project Manager and HR Director of the BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT Company, reported about an idea of HR-club foundation and presented her conception for the regulations of the club’s activity. 

Marina Malykhina, the Energy Сonsulting/Business Service General Director, emphasized in her report that the present situation is a favorable period for new horizons in achievement of the effective business performance and recruitment of the highly-qualified staff.

Anna Lapteva, the Energy Consulting Project Manager, introduced her presentation “Optimization: is it a threat or a chance?” She touched upon such issues of current concern as reduction of costs charged to back-office, increase of staff quality, structure of HR-department and some others. 

The participants of the meeting discussed current problems on the labor market, exchanged their experiences, and defined procedural regulations and object matters for the next HR-club’s workshops. They remarked by general consent that HR-club in Saint-Petersburg had been established in proper time and it was of great practical importance. Within the framework of this club one can discuss the main market trends, HR matters and more efficient ways for their solutions.
