OREANDA-NEWS  On 04 December was announced, that Dmitry Avdeev, Integra’s Chief Financial Officer, elected a member of the Group’s Board of Directors. He will replace Mark Sadykhov who has recently left the Board.

Commenting on Mr. Avdeev’s election, Integra’s Board Chairman John Fitzgibbons said:

“Dmitry has been working at Integra for six months and has been a valuable addition to the Group. Under his executive leadership the Group’s finance and treasury management has been materially upgraded, investment planning and control has been improved and, particularly significant in this difficult financing environment, financing capability has deepened. He is both thoughtful and highly knowledgeable about our industry, which will make him a valuable addition to an already strong board of directors”.

The Board’s decision to appoint Mr. Avdeev to the Board of Directors is to be approved at the next shareholders’ meeting.

Mr. Avdeev has been working as Integra’s Chief Financial Officer since June 2008. Prior to joining Integra, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley specializing in the Oil&Gas sector in Russia and other CIS countries with responsibility for large M&A transactions and equity and debt transactions.

Mr.Avdeev’s previous employment included leading positions at UFG, Deutsche UFG and the oil company “Sidanko”. Mr. Avdeev graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
