OREANDA-NEWS  On 05 December was announced, that IJSC Ingosstrakh topped the list of insurance companies in terms of client quality satisfaction. More than 98% respondents indicated full or high satisfaction with the service level. The figures have been published by Profi Online Research in the research of attitude of Russian insurants to insurance products.

As to the brand recognition, Ingosstrakh was recognized by 24.5%, which makes the insurer third in the consolidated chart. It is also third by the number of those who respondent positively as to preferring of Ingosstrakh to other insurance companies (almost 20% respondents).

According to Vladimir Kleymenov, Head of the PR Service of IJSC Ingosstrakh, the company is continuously focused on improving its insurance products, claims settlement procedures and controls of timely and complete restitution of damages incurred by its clients. Moreover, the company monitors the quality of its services. The “Mysterious Buyer’, the company’s know-how marketing research that is held regularly focuses on the quality of sales and claims settlement. The company uses an automated client satisfaction monitoring system installed on terminals based in Ingosstrakh offices in Moscow.

The research published by Profi Online Research is based on an interactive opinion poll of the online panel representing 13 largest cities of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Ekaterinburg, Samara, Omsk, Perm, Volgograd). The poll covered 7100 people representing employable urban population of Russia, with 10% default level.
