OREANDA-NEWS. On December 05, 2008 At Viru Keskus, EMT dealership based on a renewed retail concept opened it doors, being currently the largest of remodeled dealerships, reported the press-centre of EMT.

The new dealership has four customer-servicing areas, two product demonstration tables, a customer self-service area and an extensive display of mobile phone accessories.  In addition to the mobile phones, the demonstration table also exhibits Apple’s Macbook laptops. Lotte-themed mobile phones warmly welcomed especially by younger mobile phone enthusiasts are also sold.

Updated retail concept won the company the title of Teenindustegu 2008 (Customer Service Deed 2008).

According to this concept, EMT dealership is not just a place to buy a mobile phone or sign up for the services but a versatile multimedia center where customers are encouraged to try out phones and services right at the demonstration table - instead of looking through the glass, they can take the phone into their hands.   The demonstration tables sample operational phones that allow testing EMT services and learning about new phone applications.

Another important change includes a display arranged according to the customers’ needs and phone usage, which should make finding a right phone much simpler.  The section "Lihtne ja Mugav” ("Simple and Convenient”) is meant for the people who use phones mostly for calling and messaging.  The second section displays practical smart phones enabling to read e-mails and carry along entire worklife.

The third section is dedicated for the young and trendy interested in listening to music, taking pictures or being just an owner of a stylish looking phone.  As an additional feature, the showcases include TOP3 operational phones to give the customers an opportunity to test the best phones of a given selection.

The phones are supplied with electronic price tags offering an easy-to-grasp overview of phone prices and features.  Customer servicing area is equipped with two computer monitors - one for the customers to display the information related to offers or services introduced to them.
EMT dealership at Viru Keskus is the tenth dealership designed around the new concept.  Remodeled dealerships are welcoming visitors in Tallinn, Narva, Rakvere and Keila.  EMT will continue updating the dealerships in upcoming year in other cities, by starting in Tartu and Parnu.
