OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 December was announced, that a meeting of directors for personnel of IDGC of Centre's branches took place in Voronezh. Meeting was devoted to the results of the Company's activities for 9 months of 2008.

The meeting was organized by the Personnel Management Department of IDGC of Centre, JSC, and headed by the Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Organizational Development Dmitry Aleshin, the Chief of the Department Artur Krivenko, experts of divisions of the department.

The meeting started with summarizing the activities of IDGC of Centre for 9 months of this year. The directors for personnel of the company delivered their reports devoted to the results of work of 11 branches, made proposals on optimization of the company work in the future, and discussed the summary portfolio of projects of the branches for 2009.

Participants of the meeting discussed the significance of personnel management in the company management, the program "Investments into the Personnel", actions on optimization of the number of the personnel, actualization of organizational structures, the staff list of the branches, development of the system of employees’ health protection.

"From the moment of establishment of IDGC of Centre, we defined in our mission and values that the main thing for us is people, both working with the company, and those we work for. Therefore, the care for health and mood of the personnel is a prime task for us. The main purpose of the meeting is to understand in what issues were succeeded, and to fix this in conditions of the yaer 2009," Dmitry Aleshin said.

Some issues were devoted to the collective agreement of the company within the limits of execution of the budget under the collective agreement in 2008, and under the plan of the budget of the collective agreement for 2009. The draft collective agreement for 2009-2011 was presented to participants of the meeting for discussion.

Representatives of the IDGC of Centre personnel management told about realization of the projects which are opened now and planned for 2009. First of all, the stages of development of functionality of Corporate Resource Information Management System on the basis of SAP R/3 were discussed, in particular, opening of projects on automation of business processes and selection of pilot branches.
