OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2008. For 9 months the profit of KAMAZ-Leasing Group of Companies reached 3.6 billion roubles (3 times as much as the last year performance). The Group cleared 773 million roubles.

KAMAZ-Leasing Group of Companies signed 839 contracts for delivery of equipment for the sum total of more than 8.9 billion roubles. 155 contracts fell to share of road-building and other equipment leasing for the sum of more than 2.5 billion roubles.

KAMAZ-Leasing plays an important role in promotion of KAMAZ vehicles. The Group makes 9% of the whole sales volume of KAMAZ Inc. on the Russian market. By October 2008 the company had shipped the customers 3208 trucks for the sum of 4723 million roubles, 92 NEFAZ buses for the sum of 213.5 million roubles and 363 units of trailer equipment for the sum of 172.6 million roubles.

In 2008 KAMAZ-Leasing closed a number of big deals. There was signed an agreement for delivery of 44 trucks to OAO Kamgesenergostroy. The amount of the transaction made up more than 50 million roubles. Also the company signed a contract with Tatenergo Holding for 61.85 million roubles. Besides, KAMAZ-Leasing executed the first big deal in the Orel region. The sum total of an agreement with Bely Fregat Holding Company made 86 million roubles. KAMAZ-Leasing cooperates with OOO PKF NB-Center – one of the largest suppliers of grain in the Rostov region. It received 56 units of equipment for the sum total of 113.8 million roubles. Cooperation with Saint-Petersburg was marked by a bargain with ZAO Peterburggazstroy. It received 185 units of automotive equipment for the sum of more than 232 million roubles. ZAO Bugulminsky Elevator received 64 units of automotive equipment for the sum of more than 57 million roubles. There was signed a contract for delivery of 20 units for the sum total of 60 million roubles with OAO Permavtodor.

In 2008 KAMAZ-Leasing started to cooperate with the international financial market. The company obtained a credit – USD 50 000 000 – in ZAO Commerzbank Eurasia. The management of KAMAZ-Leasing plans to create a syndicate in 2009 which will include Commerzbank as well.

This year KAMAZ-Leasing Group of Companies entered a new stage of KAMAZ-Leasing brand promotion. The company started to expand its work in service backup of the leased equipment. This area was chosen within the frames of the general strategy of KAMAZ Inc. in development of the network of trade and service centers.

According to this strategy, trade and service centers must sell KAMAZ vehicles by retail and lease them, service equipment and sell spare parts. The functioning concept of trade and service centers is developed by the employees of KAMAZ-Leasing Group of Companies jointly with the experts of KAMAZ Inc.

In May 2008 there was registered OOO KAMAZ-Leasing-Service Management Company (a member of KAMAZ-Leasing Group) which develops the network of trade and service centers.

The first trade and service center was opened in Noginsk near Moscow. The center embraces an area of 7 000 square meters 800 of which are set aside for a repair zone and 200 – for offices. The following enterprises are among the company’s clients: Rosneft (96 units are delivered), Gazprom (92 units), Lukoil (3 units) and Ministry of Emergency Situations (7 units).

KAMAZ-Leasing Group of Companies plans to open such centers in various Russian regions. 300 million roubles will be invested into construction of the second center in the Moscow region within the frames of development of the network of KAMAZ-Leasing.

Besides, the Naberezhnye Chelny automobile service center was given to KAMAZ-Leasing-Service.
