There's also a great demand for porters, janitors, security guards, etc. The higher qualification specialists are required mainly at the enterprises operating in the field of finance, real estate and insurance (80%) and in non-food processing industry (39%).

The high demand for unskilled workers is registered in non-food processing industry (36%) and food-processing industry (32%), as well as in the field of agriculture (32%). The recruitment is usually made by placing ads in the media (including newspapers) or in the public places (49%), as well as searching for candidates through friends (42%).

Micro (45%) and small enterprises (37%) more frequently address to friends than mid and large companies (27%), which usually use ads (58%). Recruiting practices are more prevalent (50%) in the area of informational technologies (73%), health (67%) and public services (56%). Placing ads on employment in Internet is not popular (6%) and is mainly used by mid and large companies.

The study shows that urban businesses pay great attention to communication skills of the candidate and his honesty, while rural enterprises mainly require discipline. But in fact, according to the study, the economic agents mainly require qualified candidates in such fields as human resources (29%), sales and marketing (26%), accounting and finance (16%). The problem with qualified staff is rather cute in rural enterprises (38%) and medium-sized and large companies (55%).
