OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2008. Uzbekinvest Company has taken part at the regular session of the Prague club of the Bern Union of credits insurers and investments of Central and the Eastern Europe which took place in Republic of Slovakia. A receiving party was Eximbank of Slovakia (SLOVAK EXIM), reported the press-centre of Uzbekinvest.

Session of the Prague club of the Bern union, on which 51 representatives from 30 export-credit agencies (ECA) member countries of the Prague club have taken part, has been opened by the secretary of Bern Union Leonard Scarp. At session short reports of all ECA member countries of the Prague Club on current development, and also the general statistics of development of export insurance in the member countries, confirming dynamic growth and stability of the insurance market in developing countries have been heard.

Also presentations of representatives of the insurance and reinsurance companies and financial institutions of Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech, Belgium, Estonia have been presented on such themes as: "Introduction in reinsurance", "Proportional and disproportionate reinsurance", "the Policy of the insurance companies and the necessary information on reinsurance", "Contracts on reinsurance", "Reinsurance allocation" and etc.

Along with it, during the session negotiations with representatives and heads of ECA from foreign countries have been carried on, in which course the arrangement in signing the contracts on facultative reinsurance NEIIC Uzbekinvest has been reached with Hungarian export-credit Agency (MEHIB), Fund of Export Credits and Guarantees of Estonia (Kredex), ECA of Czech (EGAP), and also contracts on cooperation with Eximbank of Slovakia (SLOVAK EXIM).

As a whole the relation of members of the Prague Club and the Bern Union to Uzbekistan remains loyal, where positively stable political situation and dynamic growth of economy of republic was also noted.
