OREANDA-NEWS. December 18, 2008. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) processed an administrative case and recognized that "Slavyanka" Confectionary Plant" CJSC violated Part 2 Article 14.33 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations. FAS Russia imposed an administrative fine upon the company in the amount of 3 686 355 Rubles, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Earlier FAS Russia recognized that "Slavyanka" Confectionary Plant" CJSC violated Clause 4 Part 1 Article 14 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" (unfair competition). Anticompetitive actions of the company included commercialization of "Alina" bar chocolate in the Russian Federation, unlawfully using the combined trade mark (No.184515 Certificate, class 30 of the International Classification of Goods and Services), the rights to which belong to "Krasny Oktyabr'" Moscow Confectionary Plant" OJSC.
