OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2008. A conference of Empils' distributors — trading partners of the paint and varnish manufacturer in the territory of Russia and countries of Central Asia has taken place in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Such events are traditional in Empils' interaction with its distribution network, they are held annually, and, as a rule, in different countries. The purpose of the conference is to provide a uniform information field between the company and its trading business partners in the paint and varnish market.

Top-managers of Empils presented to the partners the unfolded analytical picture of the state of the global and national markets of decorative coatings, drew attention to the trends influencing business in paint and varnish branch, including the factors caused by the global economic crisis. Empils presented the concept of assortment, trading and service policy of the company for 2009. The company declared that its priority will be the output and promotion of the most demanded products in combination with provision of high level of service for all its clients. "It is necessary for us to turn the system of thinking and actions of the company from the idea of"the more, the better to the idea of "the better, the more", — emphasized Empils' General Director Sergey Nikitin who made a speech in front of the distributors.

Partners of the company have been acquainted with the new assortment of paint and varnish which Empils will start making in the following season, with the peculiarities of the marketing strategy, with plans on introduction of full automation of the industrial and logistics complex and with the program on product quality management.

"We managed to bring to the notice of the clients the idea, that we clearly see all processes which occur now, that the actions of the company are adequate to these phenomena, and that we develop our policy for the next year, proceeding from understanding of what is going on now and what we predict in future. Empils will sign annual distribution contracts with the partners in December — January. In 2008 102 distribution companies and 22 distribution networks work under direct contracts with Empils in Russia and Central Asia.
