OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 December 2008 was announced, that Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov signed the decree providing for designing and building a car repair shop on 17 Pskovskaya Street in northeast Moscow on December 22.

According to the document, the site to be developed has the area of 1.7 ha, the area of the object to be built is estimated to be 55,500 sq m.

CJSC Investments into the New Century is assigned to act as customer, developer and investor of the project.

The car service centre is scheduled to be under construction from 2008 to 2012.

The implementation of the decree will be supervised by Vladimir Resin, first deputy Moscow Mayor at City Hall, and Irina Raber, Prefect of the North Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
