OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 December 2008 was announced, that a winner for the position of the Program Manager is International Research and Exchanges Board Inc. (IREX) together with Save the Children (SC). IREX/SC had been selected from the short-list of candidates for this position and will be working as one team. The BOTA Foundation's Board of Trustees and IREX/SC are negotiating the Management Agreement, which after finalization, is subject to the approval by the Parties (3 Governments) by the middle of December, 2008.
