OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 December 2008 was announced, that Volodymyr Ustinov, Chief Engineer of TMM Company, was officially awarded with the 'Honoured Builder of Ukraine' Rank Diploma. The solemn awards ceremony was held at the building of Kyiv State City Administration.

As informed earlier, Volodymyr Ustinov, Chief Engineer of TMM Company, was awarded with the rank of 'Honoured Builder of Ukraine' according to the Decree of President of Ukraine No.689/2008 by August 6, 2008 'On Rewarding Workers of the Construction Branch with State Awards of Ukraine'. The rank of 'Honoured Builder of Ukraine' was given to the Chief Engineer of TMM Company for his significant contribution into construction of industrial, residential, social and cultural objects and major achievements in work.

Volodymyr Ustinov graduated from Kyiv Engineering and Construction Institute with the degree in Engineering. He joined the TMM Company team in 1995, and since 2001 he has been working as the Chief Engineer of the Company.
