OREANDA-NEWS. January 19, 2009. The International bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has switched fully to FlexCube software by Indian i-Flex, reported the press-centre of International Bank of Azerbaijan.

IBA informed Fineko/abc.az that from January 1, 2009 it has fully switched to a new software.
“That allowed us to refuse from earlier applied software,” the Bank informed.

Earlier IBA planned to refuse from MIDES and switch to FlexCube software after January 5, 2008. Earlier switching to i-Flex was postponed for 2007.

According to the contract i-Flex Indian Company gave to The Bank FlexCube which will allow servicing of up to 10 million accounts and unlimited quantity of branches outside and in Azerbaijan. The offered software foresees the service of 20 million accounts.

From 1995 IBA uses MIDES software which already does not meet requirements of The Bank expanded its operations.
