OREANDA-NEWS. On January 19, 2009 The Russian Bank for Development has opened a credit line for non-government educational establishment for higher professional training “International Institute for Management LINK (IIM LINK)”, Zhukovskiy city. In accordance with the agreement the credit line amounts to RUR 40 million with a four-year maturity, reported the press-centre of Russian Bank for Development.

The allocated resources will be channeled to completion of construction of the educational building of the Staff Training Center for Small and Mid-sized Enterprises of the Moscow Oblast. The project’s implementation envisages construction of a training center which will render services to SMEs: in the training center LINK entrepreneurs will get the appropriate business-education and practical skills thus promoting competitiveness of SMEs in the Moscow Oblast and in the regions of Russia. Thereby, IIM LINK will represent a weighty component of the SME infrastructure.

The project for construction of the training and methodical center for the Moscow Oblast’s SMEs on the basis of IIM LINK is included in the “Targeted Program for Development and Support to Small Businesses in the Moscow Oblast in 2004-2008”.

At present IIM LINK accomplishes a number of government contracts on training personnel for small businesses in Moscow and the Moscow Oblast.
