OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 January 2009 Bank Uralsib (URALSIB or Bank) (RTS: USBN) announced the state registration of bond issues of series 02 and 03, amounting to 5 bln rubles each.

On January 16, 2009, the Central Bank of Russian Federation (CBR) registered the issue of bonds of series 02 (state registration number 4010003В) and 03 (state registration number 40200030В) with total value of 10 bln rubles.

The decision on placement of non-convertible documentary interest bearing bonds payable to bearer of series 02 and 03 with obligatory centralized keeping was made by the Supervisory Board of the Bank on November 24, 2008.

The volume of bonds of series 02 is 5 bln rubles, the maturity is 3 years (1,099 days). The bonds of series 03 also total 5 bln rubles and will be placed for the period of up to 5 years (1,820 days). The nominal value of series 02 and 03 bonds is 1,000 rubles each. The bonds are to be placed through the open subscription at 100% of the nominal value. The bonds of series 02 have six coupon periods, the bonds of series 03 - ten coupon periods. Coupon payments will be made on a semi-annual basis. An early redemption option is also provided.

The Bank is planning to place the bonds on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX).
