OREANDA-NEWS. On January 29, 2009 Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, further - the bank), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of the registered change to the prospectus of issue of shares of the bank and the certificate for state registration of issue of securities dated January 13, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the documents:

- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of  Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered a change to the prospectus of issue of shares of the bank;

- the certificate was replaced due to increase of the authorized stock;

- the total of authorized shares of the bank made up 3,080,225,222 items, including 2,400,000,000 common shares KZ1C33870011, 600,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P33870117 and 80,225,222 preferred convertible shares KZ1P33870216, and includes 1,129,016,660 common shares, 24,742,000 preferred shares and 80,225,222 preferred shares convertible to common shares issued by the bank earlier;

- the issue of shares was registered in the State register of serial securities under number A3387;

- as on January 13, 2009 984,016,660 common shares and 24,742,000 preferred shares 80,225,222 preferred shares convertible into common shares of the bank were offered, the authorized capital was formed in the amount of KZT65,591,490,037.
