OREANDA-NEWS. February 02, 2009. Cbonds, the most reputable internet portal on fixed income markets in Russia, Ukraine and CIS countries, ranked Citi #1 arranger in Russia and CIS and in the Eurobond market in 2008, reported the press-centre of Citi.

The total value of the issues arranged by Citi in Russia and CIS made up US3,750 millions for 2008. This corresponds to a 14,25% market share.
