On 04 February 2009 was announced, that the Management of NASK "Oranta" and “Garant-Assistance" initiated a series of workshops and training courses for doctors-coordinators of the company "Garant-Assistance" to improve service provided to insured persons under Voluntary Medical Insurance Programs. A workshop focused on issues arising when service is provided under Insurance Programs of NASK "Oranta" was held on December 3, 2008. Its participants discussed a role of assisting company in voluntary medical insurance with a representative of Personal Insurance Department. On December 10 and 17, employees from Human Resources Department ran training courses for discussion of values, principles and priorities of a service company and practical exercises to solidify knowledge and generate skills of communications with client.

The Chair of NASK "Oranta" Supervisory Board and the President of IMG Holding Oleg Spilka believes: "It is necessary to have a training system for all employees of the company who are dealing with the service, a continuous improvement of skills of communication competency with clients and techniques of how to correctly advise a client on his/her personal package of voluntary medical insurance after sale, in the process of providing service. We need to train people to master their skills to be competent in providing quality service as to ultimately keep to those promises which are given to a client when an insurance contract is executed".
