This exposition is a remarkable event in the history of Turkmen-Turkish cooperation in building industry. This collaboration is viewed today as especially promising particularly due to the large-scale development programmes implemented in Turkmenistan. In recent years our country has turned into a big construction site where the work is in full swing day and night. Hundreds of facilities are laid and being built in the capital and the regions of Turkmenistan. The large-scale projects including Avaza National Project on creation of the world-class seaside resort – Avaza national tourism zone on the Caspian Sea coast that Turkish partner actively collaborate in create incentives for cooperation.

The Turkish companies show keen interest in strengthening the long-term business contacts with Turkmenistan as an exceptionally promising partner in building industry. Experiencing the construction boom Turkmenistan is interested in attracting know-how, advanced technologies and best international expertise. Therefore, the forum at the Exhibition Centre is a platform for demonstrating achievements as well as studying the opportunities to cooperate and conclude mutually advantageous contracts. Over 150 Turkish companies and firm arrived in Ashgabat for this purpose.

The exposition includes several thematic sections presenting construction technologies and equipment, construction materials and instruments, electricity and electric lighting, etc. Thus, the high-ranking officials, leading specialists and entrepreneurs representing Turkmenistan’s building industry can have a clear and objective vision of the potential of Turkey’s building industry.
