OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 February 2009 was announced, that Borodino group of companies is to raise a 65-room boutique hotel within the expansion of the existent business and hotel complex located in east Moscow.

According to a press release from the company, the hotel is to be built on 13 Rusakovskaya Street and will be connected with Borodino business and hotel complex by a gallery.

Zarubezhproekt Design Institute (included in Zarubezhstroy Corporation owned by Borodino) has elaborated a design of the 65-room urban hotel featuring an attic and containing very few public facilities - a lobby bar, a poolroom and two bowling alleys.

The press release added the total area of the hotel would exceed 5,000 sq m, its architecture and decoration would be done in the style of classicism.

“The new boutique hotel will be the third project by Borodino in the sector of hotel real estate. The gallery designed to provide comfort to the guests is to connect the boutique hotel to be built and Borodino business hotel. It will allow the hotel guests to enjoy using the infrastructure of the whole package of buildings. The gallery will contain a nymphaeum with an atrium, a new restaurant for 160 guests and a cigar room,” the press release specified.

The building subdivisions of Borodino intend to commission the object by 2011. At the same time, the group of companies didn’t determine the exact amount of investment in the development.
